SHIPPING and Handling

STANDARD RATE: $8.00-$12.00 - Delivery within 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS

2-DAY RATE: $15.00-$18.00 - Delivery within 2 BUSINESS DAYS

Note: We do not offer Overnight or International shipping at this time.

 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are shipped back to us within this 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

We recommend handling the items carefully when trying them on. Merchandise with any signs of wear, damage, stains, washing, exposure to smoke, fragrances, lotions, or any odors will not be accepted for return or exchange, without exception.

Please note that all "Sale merchandise" items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

All return must be notified by phone or email within 3 business days from received. Once you notify us of your return, we will send a return label via email within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original card within 3-7 business days after receiving the products.

Real'Bella retains the right to assess and decline products that do not meet our return requirements. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Sold Out Items Policy:

Although we strive to promptly remove sold-out items from our website, there may be instances where a product marked as sold out remains visible. If you unintentionally place an order for such an item still visible on our website, rest assured that we will rectify this during the fulfillment process.

In such cases, we will promptly remove the unavailable item from your order and proceed to ship the remaining items.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this rare occurrence and appreciate your understanding.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your purchase, please contact us promptly at cs@iamrealbella.com. If the cancellation request is made after your items have already been shipped, our standard return/exchange policy will then come into effect. Please review our return/exchange policy for further details on the process.

 
Refused Packages:

It's essential to recognize that refused packages will result in expenses for the customer, and shipping costs will not be refunded in these cases. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, our standard return policy will be applied. For more details on the process and associated terms, please refer to our return policy.
